Spring at the Inn at English Meadows

Spring at the Inn at English Meadows is a glorious time of year.

Spring is finally here in the Kennebunks. Our patio’s pink Mandeville are planted and have begun the creep up the planter trellises. The peepers are out every evening and Lower Village is beginning to buzz with activity.

Spring at the Inn at English Meadows is a glorious time of year. We have been thrilled to see such great reviews online for the Inn and our breakfasts.

Here’s one of our favorite reviews by guests visiting from Boston, Massachusetts:

Quintessential New England Charm... My husband and I, along with two of our very special friends from Ireland, recently spent two nights at the Inn at English Meadows in Kennebunk, ME. From the time we booked our getaway through the time we checked out, this amazingly well-run Bed and Breakfast left us speechless. David and Kate both epitomize the perfect hosts, in the most perfect house, in one of the most perfect towns in the US. From their initial responsiveness to re-bookings (secondary to flight issues), to their flexibility in room changes, David and Kate’s devout commitment to ensure our stay was an absolute five star experience was awe-inspiring. The accommodations were absolutely stunning. The level of detail and character within their home truly defines old New England charm. They were attentive to all of our requests, and more accommodating than any other Innkeepers we’ve ever met. Their hospitality was only surpassed by the quality and deliciousness of the food they served. It was amazing to have a Nespresso machine and full tea selection whenever we wanted, not to mention heavenly, homemade cookies everyday! Breakfast was something you’d expect to find at a fine dining establishment, and David and Kate were so kind to do breakfast at a time in the morning that suited us better…allowing us to get our much needed beauty sleep!

Our two night getaway at the Inn at English Meadows was nothing short of spectacular!
