Situated on the edge of the rear meadow well behind the carriage house and shaded by several 100 year-old pines, this small guest house is perfect for a family or two couples traveling together.

It offers two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bath and screened porch. In addition to the standard appliances, there’s a microwave oven and coffee maker in the kitchen and a TV and VCR in the living room. Guests often comment about how peaceful and quiet it is and how much they enjoy sitting on the porch in the evening after a busy day taking in all that the Kennebunks have to offer.
